Give your customers their choice of shipping options and set your shipping rates by setting up shipping methods on your Spinstak eCommerce website. Follow the simple steps below to learn how.

How to Add a Shipping Method
1. First login to your Admin Panel.
2. On the left side menu, click Store Settings. This will open a dropdown menu.
3. Under the dropdown menu, click Shipping Methods.
4. In the top right corner, click the ADD button. This will take you to the Shipping Method Information page.
5. Enter the name of the shipping method that will display in your customer's cart into the Method Name field. Example: UPS Ground.
6. To set the order that your new shipping method will appear, enter the display order number into the Display Order field.
7. If you'd like to charge a flat rate for your new shipping method, enter the shipping rate into the Base Rate field.
CAUTION: If the Base Rate field is set to 0 and you have not set up a shipping matrix, your customer will not be charged for shipping. Instead, a message will appear next to the shipping method the customer selects that informs them that shipping charges will be calculated after their order is placed.
8. From the Country dropdown menu, select the country associated with your new shipping method.
9. From the Shipping Type dropdown menu, select where your new shipping method will be allowed to ship to from these options:
- Commercial
- Residential
- Both
10. If you wish to hide the shipping price on your store, click the Hide Price checkbox.
NOTE: Selecting the Hide Price checkbox will allow a customer to select your new shipping method, but will not present that customer with a cost.
11. If you wish to display a reason for hiding the shipping price, you can enter that into the Hide Price Reason text box.
12. Click the SAVE button.
How to Remove a Shipping Method
1. First login to your Admin Panel.
2. On the left side menu, click Store Settings. This will open a dropdown menu.
3. Under the dropdown menu, click Shipping Methods.
4. Locate the shipping method you want to remove and click the ARCHIVE button. The archived shipping method row will now appear with a gray background.
5. To reactivate the shipping method, locate the archived shipping method, and click ACTIVATE.
How to Edit a Shipping Method
1. First login to your Admin Panel.
2. On the left side menu, click Store Settings. This will open a dropdown menu.
3. Under the dropdown menu, click Shipping Methods.
4. Locate the shipping method you want to edit and click the EDIT button. This will take you to the Shipping Method Information page.
5. Once your edits are made, click the SAVE button.
How to Duplicate a Shipping Method
1. First login to your Admin Panel.
2. On the left side menu, click Store Settings. This will open a dropdown menu.
3. Under the dropdown menu, click Shipping Methods.
4. Locate the shipping method you want to duplicate and click the DUPLICATE button. The duplicated shipping method name will have the prefix "Copy Of".
