If you would add pricing to products in Spinstak eCommerce then you would follow these steps in EvoX:

- Navigate to the left-hand navigation bar.
- Select Pricing.
- There are two type of pricing: Global Pricing & Contract Pricing.
- Global is for everyone.
- Contract is for specific customers.
For Global Pricing:
- Select New Pricing.
- Name it Global Pricing.
- Select your start and end dates. Make sure the status of this pricing is active.
- Note: Start and end dates allow you to set a time limit on when the pricing will be active.
- In the Who is this For? dropdown menu, select Global.
- Click Save.
- Scroll Down to Pricing By options.
- You can Price by Item, Band, Category, Brand, or Mailers.
For Pricing by Item:
- Click on the Item(0) bar.
- Click the +New Item button.
- In the Search SKU box, enter the SKU for the item you'd like to price.
- From the Method dropdown menu, select how you'd like to price the item.
- Enter the value of the item.
- Enter the quantity of the item.
- Click the Save button.
For Pricing By Category:
- Click on the Category(0) bar.
- Click on the Manage Categories button.
- Select the category you want to price.
- From the Catalog dropdown menu, select the catalog you'd like to apply the pricing to.
- From the Method dropdown menu, choose how you'd like to price the category.
- In the Percentage field, enter the percentage for the Discount Off List Price, Margin, or Markup.
- Click the Save button.
For Pricing by Brand:
- Click on the Brand(0) bar.
- Click on the Manage Brands button.
- Select the brand you want to price.
- From the Catalog dropdown menu, select the catalog you'd like to apply the pricing to.
- From the Method dropdown menu, choose how you'd like to price the category.
- In the Percentage field, enter the percentage for the Discount Off List Price, Margin, or Markup.
- Click the Save button.
How to Import Pricing:
- Navigate to Pricing in the left-hand navigation bar.
- Create a New Pricing and Save.
- Scroll down to Pricing By.
- To the left, there is an option to Import Items.
- Select Import Items.
- Select the Download Template.
- This will download a spreadsheet for you to follow.
- Fill out the SKU, Supplier ID (under Suppliers tab in EvoX), Method (under Import Items), Value (price), and Quantity.
- Save.
- To import, scroll down to Pricing By.
- To the left, there is an option to Import Items.
- Select Import Items.
- Select Browse.
- Select the file from your computer to import.
- Select the Import button.
For Pricing By Account:
- Navigate to Pricing in the left-hand navigation bar.
- Select Pricing.
- Select New Pricing.
- When selecting, Who is this for? Select Account(s).
- Select Assign a New Account to select the account(s) you would like to apply this pricing to.
- Enter Start and End Date.
- Select Save.
- Scroll down to implement Pricing By choosing your options.
How this relates to Spinstak eCommerce:
By Product Level:
- First login to your Admin Panel.
- On the left-side menu, click Catalog Management. This will open a dropdown menu.
- From the dropdown menu, click Organize a Catalog.
- From the catalog dropdown menu, select the catalog where you'd like to edit pricing.
- Locate the category or subcategory where the product resides and click the Products button.
- Locate the product you'd like to add or edit the price on. Under the View column, click on the SKUs button.
- From this page, you can either:
- Click on the Manage Pricing button.
- Under the Pricing column, click the View button.
- Locate the Price field and add or edit the price you'd like to show for that product on your website.
- To add a Quantity Break:
- Enter the product quantity into the New Quantity Break field.
- Click the ADD button.
- To add a Sale Price or Percent Off Discount:
- Click on the SHOW SALES OPTIONS button.
- If you'd like to add a Sale Price, enter that into the Sale Price field.
- If you'd like to add a Percent Off, enter the percentage into the Percent Off field.
- Click the UPDATE button.
Using the Price Data Export/Import Tool:
- First login to your Admin Panel.
- On the left-side menu, click Pricing. This will open a dropdown menu.
- From the dropdown menu, click Price Data Export. This will take you to the Price Data Export page
- Under the Catalog section, click the Select a Catalog to Export dropdown menu and click on the catalog you'd like to export pricing from.
- Under the Category section, you have a few options:
- To add or edit pricing within a top level category:
- Click on the Top Level Category dropdown menu.
- Select a top level category.
- To add or edit pricing within a top level category:
- To add or edit pricing within a subcategory:
- Click on the Top Level Category dropdown menu.
- Select a top level category. This will populate subcategories in the Category field below.
- From the Category field, select a subcategory.
- Click the Right Arrow icon ➡️. This will move the selected subcategory over into the Selected Categories section.
- Tip: You can repeat this process to add multiple subcategories to your Price Data Export.
- To remove a subcategory from the Selected Categories section, select the subcategory within the Selected Categories section and click the Left Arrow icon ⬅️.
- To add or edit pricing from a specific manufacturer:
- Click on the Manufacturer dropdown menu.
- Select the manufacturer.
- To add or edit pricing within the entire catalog:
- Click on the Check to Export All Categories In This Catalog checkbox.
- Click the Export File button.
- Once the file is ready, click on the Click Here To Download link near the top of the page.
- Locate and open the Price Data Export Excel Spreadsheet that you've just downloaded. It likely resides in the Downloads folder on your computer.
- To add or edit the List Price, locate and change the price in Column J (PRICE 1).
- To add or edit the Sale Price, locate and change the price in Column K (SALE PRICE 1).
- To add or edit a Discount %, locate and change the number in Column L (DISCOUNT % 1) to the percent off discount you'd like to display.
- To add Quantity Break Pricing:
- Add the next product quantity in Column M (QTY 2).
- For example, if you want to have a special price for customers who order 20 or more of a particular product, you would enter the number 20 into Column M (QTY 2). On your website, a price would be displayed for a quantity of 1-19 and a price would be displayed for a quantity of 20+.
- Add the List Price in Column N (PRICE 2) for the quantity entered in Column M (QTY 2).
- For example, if you want to have a special price for customers who order 20 or more of a particular product, you would enter the price per product into Column N (PRICE 2).
- If you'd like to add a Sale Price to the quantity break, you can enter the sale price in Column O (SALE PRICE 2).
- If you'd like to add a Discount % to the quantity break, you can enter the discount % in Column P (DISCOUNT % 2).
- You can follow these same steps to add up to 9 different quantities.
- Add the next product quantity in Column M (QTY 2).
- To add a Custom Part Number, enter your custom part number in Column AU (Custom Part Number).
- To override the current Unit of Measure, enter the unit of measure you'd like to use in Column AV (UOM Override).
- Once you've finished editing the Price Export file Excel spreadsheet, save the file as an Excel 97-2003 Workbook (*.xls).
- Close the Price Export file Excel spreadsheet.
- Return to the Admin Panel.
- On the left side menu, click Pricing. This will open a dropdown menu.
- From the dropdown menu, click on Price Data Import.
- This will take you to the Import Pricing Data page. On the right-hand side of the page, click Choose File.
- Locate your saved Price Export file Excel Spreadsheet (saved as an Excel 97-2003 Workbook) and click Open.
- Click the Upload Pricing Data button.
