ES Tech Group Shares Vision for eCommerce at NetPlus Annual Meeting

A Focus on Partnerships
In today's fast-paced market, it is extremely important for us to develop, nurture, and grow business relationships that benefit industrial distributors and manufacturers. In fact, one of our four core values is partnership. Nobody can do it all, but with a network of powerful partners, we can accomplish just about anything. During the main address of the NetPlus Annual Meeting, President, Jennifer Murphy announced the group's investment in technology while highlighting ES Tech Group as one of the key partnerships they added to bring best-in-class B2B eCommerce capabilities to their membership.
Breakout Sessions with Distributor Data Solutions
Our partnership with Distributor Data Solutions (DDS), the newest business service supplier of NetPlus, was on full-display during the annual meeting. ES Tech Group and DDS shared two back-to-back breakout sessions on "3 Keys to Ensure Industrial Distributors Win Online in 2022". Matt Christensen, President of DDS, talked about the importance of high quality product content, while Matt Johnson, VP of Business Development for ES Tech Group shared his proven process for B2B eCommerce success. Both breakout sessions were well-attended and included some engaging moments during the live Q&A session following the presentations.
The presentation by Matt Johnson focused on the importance of good eCommerce marketing and promotion needed to increase your ROI and grow online sales. In this seven step process, distributors are encouraged to start their eCommerce journey by building and optimizing for their existing B2B or commercial accounts first, followed by strategies to grow business, attract web traffic, and convert more visitors into sales qualified leads.

Introducing our NEW North America VP of Sales to Industrial Distribution
It was a wet but fun introduction to the NetPlus Alliance group for Alex Kalvin, our new North America Vice President of Sales. We kicked-off the meeting with a 6-hour golf tournament in the rain with one 40-min weather delay. Luckily for Alex, he had a dry ES Tech Group shirt in the locker which came in handy.
