From the start, Michael and Steve were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It didn’t take me long to realize why they have the reputation as the best in the business.
During the onboarding stage, especially considering I am an absolute technophobe, Louise explained the features in an easy to understand way and she was very patient with my lack of IT experience. Other companies we have used with IT packages have tried to rush us through processes as quickly as possible, but EvolutionX’s onboarding was spread out in bite size chunks so we didn’t get information overload.
The system itself is lightning quick, and the customers feedback has been fabulous. We have only been with EvolutionX for about 6 months, and they are constantly rolling out new features to improve their customer experience.
The post-service is fantastic, and they have gone above and beyond on more than one occasion to offer us some free expert advice with some unrelated IT issues. If you want a fantastic E commerce platform with service to match, do not look any further than EvolutionX.
