Blakes Workplace Solutions is a Liverpool based office supplies and workplace furniture specialist, established in 2015 by Michael Byrne who has over 18 years of knowledge and experience in the office products industry having worked for two major international office supplies companies.
Michael’s sole aim is to delight customers and offer the highest level of customer service possible. This ethos is the foundation on which Blakes is built and resonates throughout every member of staff.

During the onboarding stage, especially considering I am an absolute technophobe, Louise explained the features in an easy to understand way and she was very patient with my lack of IT experience. Other companies we have used with IT packages have tried to rush us through processes as quickly as possible, but EvolutionX’s onboarding was spread out in bite size chunks so we didn’t get information overload.
The system itself is lightning quick, and the customers feedback has been fabulous. We have only been with EvolutionX for about 6 months, and they are constantly rolling out new features to improve their customer experience.
