Prior to choosing EvolutionX, I was part of a team using an open source platform. Using an open source platform has its own set of challenges such as the need for regular security updates and the uncertainty factor associated with these updates which resulted in each person handling different tasks, thus making it challenging when vacation time came around.
Overall, the implementation process went very smoothly. Due to the strong communication between the EvolutionX team and ours, each deadline was met which enabled us to reach our go-live date successfully. All questions and concerns were answered and addressed. It has been a few years now, and I am still impressed with the level of service given by the EvolutionX team.
As a result of choosing EvolutionX, each person in the marketing team is able to comfortably make various updates to the website. The time spent making security updates is now being used to increase sales by promoting new product brands, taking advantage of the powerful merchandising capabilities, and utilizing the built in Search Engine Optimization features. EvolutionX has consistently added new features that are easy to implement, and there are plenty of useful resources such as videos and articles if help is needed. We are very happy with our decision to use EvolutionX!
